The company holds Professional Liability Insurance (PL) specifically covering the paid transportation of passengers (private hire vehicle services).
Fares are calculated based on estimated distance and journey time. The fare provided via our booking form is an estimate. A booking is only confirmed once written or telephone confirmation has been received from the chauffeur. Any toll charges and parking fees applicable to the journey are included in the quoted price, unless otherwise stated.
Any cancellation must be communicated at least 3 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. In the event of a late cancellation or a no-show at the agreed meeting point, the full fare may be charged.
The chauffeur allows a complimentary waiting period of 15 minutes. Beyond this, waiting time may be charged at a rate of €0.50 per minute.
Luggage remains the sole responsibility of the client at all times. The transportation of animals is only permitted if they are placed in a suitable carrier, and requires the chauffeur's prior agreement at the time of booking.
The personal information collected via the booking form (name, telephone number, email address) is stored in a digital file by David's Drive for the purposes of managing bookings, preparing quotations and maintaining the client relationship.
This data is retained for the period necessary to process your request and is never sold or transferred to third parties.
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you may exercise your right of access to your personal data and request its rectification by contacting the publication director at the email address stated above.
